Express Success

Happy Holidays everyone. Just thought I would write a post before everyone gets off
for the holidays! Wanting to wish everyone an amazing Christmas season & blessed New Year.
In thinking about the New Year right around the corner, it can sometimes allow us a chance to
look back on our year. As someone who journals, it is a great way to review & remind yourself
of your personal growth.
It comes down to asking yourself "What is success to me?" "What do I want to achieve this coming year & take away from every situation that may appear to be challenging?" These are questions I use to ask myself & then be very conscious of setting yearly goals & lists of all the things I wanted to accomplish. This year is so very different. I look back on the year with open eyes & a new passion & an awakened soul. This year has been full of the up's & down's that everyone faces in life however each day I see as a new chance to make it better than yesterday. There is a meaningful link between me & the Universe now & it brings me closer to understanding life everyday. Success now is not what I will accomplish, or get or do but how much I grow & expand in the knowingness of who I am in relation to spirit - Universal Spirit!
The more I am consciously aware of the connection between my unique potential & the Divine Mind the more I recognize how utterly amazing each day is. This is success to me.
We are all here for a reason, a purpose, a specific role that we all play to express our unique gifts to world. This expression is the gift you not only give yourself but to others to help, love, lift, to beautify, to teach, to nurture and so on. If you really look, your passion in life will be an expression of something. Expression is the true purpose of life! What do you express naturally? What feels so natural to you & at the same time gives you joy & fulfillment? Is is writing, drawing, caring for, teaching and so on. Find your expression & you will find your life's purpose & passion!
This is when you are truly closest if not meshed with in tandum with the Universal Spirit. This is what life is all about. To find the contrast between what feels utterly amazing & what is just floating along in the river of life. Then make a decision to get yourself back on the real track of living a connected life with your Source! The Divine!
My wish for you is that you find your joy & peace in what you have to offer this world.
Once you find your joy, your expression, your gift, you will have become conscious of the distance between you & your authentic spiritual self. The reason why you were meant to be here! We all are special gifts - recognize & express!
Express your success this coming year!

Living in the Flow of Spirit

Happy Holidays everyone!
I am in the middle of reading some pretty awesome stuff on 'mental science' & thought I would share a few of the
key things I have learned that have really given me total "ah-hah" moments. Now, even though I may heard this before
or read it in the hundreds of books I have read on Law of Attraction the books I have been soaking in lately have really
brought everything to another level.
There is only one thing that success is contingent upon - mind power & the 'will' is the control power to your mind. Therefore if your will is weak, then success is weak. If your will is strong, through consistent practice of powerful & positive thoughts that support the desired outcome/goals then success will be met! You can practice & improve your will every day. When you are faced with a situation that requires you to act, take a breath, do a mental check on where you are at, & choose a reaction that will benefit your growth & evolution. Life is all about evolving as a spiritual being - you can either choose to act in a way that will or will not evolve you! This "mental check-point" you process when decisions are required is the best way to practice & improve your will power. Choose actions that are in alignment with who you aspire to become - keeping in mind your desire! Live as if you were where you want to be. Walk the walk of where you desire to be, feel how it would feel, what does that new desire allow you to feel & become? This is what I ask when I need to get into the "Spirit" of what I want & desire. To live the desire I visualize. To live in the flow of the spirit of my desire. This is what attracting your desires is all about. It is not about the "getting it" it is about experiencing the growth, the expansion, the joy, the pure spirit of the journey. Knowing that your mind, the very centre of your being as created this desire from a pure thought. The joy in knowing your power in this Universe is unlimited & all encompassing.
So, the next time you are practicing, or meditating with your desires in mind, remember that there is a spirit/energy attached with everything. The quicker you live in the flow of this spirit - the more quickly you will manifest your desires. This is also the most rewarding as you are living the joy in every minute you meditate on it because you are already there! Your desires want you just as badly as you want them - so sit back & relax! It is all there - start living in the flow of spirit!
This is what life is all about - Universally connected moments brought about by the most powerful tool you have - your mind! You can create each moment & starting really living in the flow of spirit! Pretty freaken' awesome!

Energy Is Electrical and Magnetic

An energy field surrounds everything. Energy pulses out from objects, interacting with and absorbing other energies. A person's energy field, commonly called an aura, is generated inside the body and extends outward to surround it. Understanding the electrical and magnetic nature of energy is important to understanding healing.

The energy field you generate is created by your beliefs and thoughts. Like a radio tower, you send out concentric pulses of energy that broaden and weaken as they move farther away. An electromagnetic charge exists immediately around your body. This magnetism impacts all it comes in contact with and, by extension, influences the entire universe. Like a strong magnet, your field of energy draws other energies to it and absorbs the power of them. The energies you attract and the ways they are absorbed are influenced by your belief systems. Your beliefs filter and alter other energies as they enter your power source and, in turn, become part of the energy that emanates from you.

This magnetic power draws to you the situations, people, and events that will reinforce whatever it is you believe. If you believe you are a victim, that people constantly exploit you and that you are unlovable, your electromagnetic field will be charged with those beliefs and will draw to you circumstances that reinforce this. If you believe you are a divine being, that all doors of opportunity are open to you, that you are loved by yourself and others, and that good things always come your way, then your magnetic energy will draw to you positive life conditions, which reinforce your positive energy.

Take a moment to think about what you really believe and notice what you are drawing into your life. What do you believe about yourself, about God, about money, about your job, about your family, about your friends, and about life in general? Review your beliefs to understand which energies you attract. If you impart negative thoughts to your energy field, you will attract events and people that manifest negative beliefs. Negative energy begets negative experience, which reinforces negative beliefs. Conversely, if you radiate positive beliefs and thoughts, you will draw the situations to you that confirm your beliefs and reinforce your positive life experience.

The advantage of positive thoughts is that they are electrically charged at a higher frequency than negative thoughts. They also extend out farther and with greater strength into the universe. They leave you with a feeling of expansiveness, growth, and lightness. Negative thoughts are dense and heavy, whereas positive thoughts are light and high in vibration. Observe people's body posture and you can get a sense of how these frequencies affect them physically. People who are self-confident usually hold themselves tall and upright, as though they could lift right off the ground. Their breathing is full and expands the lungs, chest, and abdomen. People with heavy and dense negative energy look as though they are carrying a heavy backpack at all times. Their shoulders are often rounded, their head tilts down, and their breathing is shallow as if there just is not any room for breath in their lungs. They often feel tightness and stress in the upper back and shoulders. The density of negative energy causes the body to collapse inwardly. Healing is the art and science of managing not only these energy fields, but also their root cause.

It is possible to feel the different nature of energies in another person. Try this experiment: Have the person think intense negative thoughts of self-loathing and poor self-worth. Place your hands above their head and try to feel the energy radiating out. You will have the impression of a collapsing, dense aura. Next, help the same person think strong positive thoughts of their importance and self-worth. You can literally feel the difference in the energy as it expands outward with lightness and happiness. When working with someone in this activity, remember to finish on the positive note.

Energy changes with intention, instantaneously and powerfully. Changing your electromagnetic field of energy is not difficult, nor does it take years of study or practice. It is immediate. You can understand this by simply changing your thoughts and noticing the instant shift in the energy within and around you. Through practice, you can better manage, moment to moment, the energy that surrounds you. Your work in self-discovery, digging deeply into your belief system and scrutinizing your core beliefs, will allow you to permanently intensify the positive energy you radiate and attract. You can project energies that contribute meaningfully to a better universe and a better life for all people.

All objects possess an energy field and radiate and attract energy. Energy can transfer and be shared between objects, creating a bond or magnetism. This energy exchange explains the phenomenon of dowsing rods, which have been used for thousands of years to locate sources of water. They are still used today by power companies, which employ them to locate water mains. This shared transfer and bonding of energy is also what psychics use to find missing objects or people. In the case of a missing person, an article of clothing or jewelry provides an energy source, which connects to the missing person and allows the psychic to determine location. I have done many readings for people by holding a piece of their jewelry and intuitively reading their energy. I have received amazing information about their current condition, past experiences, health, and emotional problems.

Let it Go!

In hopes to reduce the unstoppable eagerness I feel for reaching some of my most intense desires,
I went back into all my LOA info, scanned new LOA sites, listened to more audio, & went back through my
E-book links to find the "How to" for Letting GO!
There is not much out there. I guess most people do not have a problem with this part of it....but me...
I am an intense, Type A, OCD type personality & just "Letting go or Letting be" had me really stumped.
In my previous post I was at the "Letting Be" stage but know now that it is more than that. Letting something
"be" is just leaving it where you left it. So if you are leaving your desires at an intense state of need, or want, or
requirement, the energy I believe will stay there until you actually release it in a physical or symbolic way.
You need to - in a way, 'fool' your now overly trained subconscious that the idea, still grand & powerful is in the hands of
the Universe.
So after a year of intense LOA, which really was the opposite of how we should be enjoying the journey...it should be
exhilarating & fun. Not stressful & intensely overloading. Now I get it!!!! OK, so I got the whole concept, practice, my train of
thought & belief patterns are there, I have my desires, I believe in them, I see myself with achieving them, feeling the amazement & pure joy of receiving them & coming up with more powerful ideas to mold but have I really set them free to the Universe?
I have been holding on to these desires so intently, partly because they were mine & mine alone. Something I could visualize, dream about, lavish in, & soak myself in. It was very pleasing.....so in order to start receiving all my 'rockets of desire' it is more than just going down stream. It is about literally "LETTING GO!"
I felt that if I did not visualize it, or attend to it daily that the Universe would forget about me or move on the to the next person in line. Also, having those feelings from my childhood creep in from feeling that nothing I had was strictly for me. It was always shared or taken by my two sisters. Don't get me wrong - sharing is good but there are things, certain things that need to remain just yours! So LETTING GO is huge in this journey to self actualization & self development on the road to pure joy & connection with source.
LETTING GO - to release, to give, to hand over, to allow someone/something else control of the property you hold - the control of the outcome.....this requires complete & utter unwavering trust that you have with the systems/laws that the Universe thrives within. You hand it over with no further entanglement to it. You have done all you can - you have created the idea, you have molded the birthing, actualizing, living in, receiving & so on...you have been swimming in amongst these desires & it is so real...you can taste it, you can feel it, you can touch it.....so now....LET IT GO!
For me, I gave myself a little "Desire Ritual" - I made a list of the top 5 desires I have been working with for the past year. Some more intensely than others.... I then meditated & sent a prayer & literally blew them away like a dandelion in the wind.
With such relief & release - they are floating & attaching themselves in all the energy & life I have provided, to the energies of the Universe. It is no longer weighted to me. I no longer carry it - it is floating with all the other energies awaiting the perfect moment & time to come back in its unfolded, perfect version of the idea I sent out way back when....
Feeling such relief that I can now move on to other things, I feel light, confident, free, happy, & joyful knowing that I know like I know all is well & life is awesome!
So, if you cannot find too much info out there on exactly "How to" LET IT GO....you may want to make something up along the way that will have meaning for you. You know what it will take to move on & nobody knows you better than you. Whether it be symbolic, or making a new set of desires to mold...take peace & pride where you are right now! Appreciation is vital & a must when you need to flow to another level. Love & appreciation - there is nothing higher in energy. When in doubt, find joy, peace & love. Then if you have to symbolically "Let it Go" then do it! The sooner the better!
You set up your own resistance & Universal blocks the longer & more intensely you cling to the outcome. Breathe & taste the moments of NOW & enjoy the moments of NOW & all you have gained along the way.
The Universe is immensely perfect & all knowing. All your desires will find their way back to you...tenfold!
To the wind, to the Universal Source - All is Well!

Let it Be!

The past few months I have been intently working on the process of "allowing." For those of you that
follow & practice the Law of Attraction, you may agree that this is probably the most difficult to do.
We have been conditioned to working hard, working long, to get what we want in life & even then there
is so much struggle & it comes with health issues & mixed results.
So, in my journey I have come alive in knowing, realizing, becoming aware of the most simple & magnificent
feeling of the Universe delivering people, circumstances & events to me with this new found process. It sounds way too
simple but its results are the most genuine, authentic, amazing feeling! Knowing that you have manifested something
from a pure idea from that one inspired thought.
The process;
1.) Law of Attraction is the birthing of an idea, a want, a desire, a need.
2.) Then there is the asking. Define, identify, outline, determine what you want & then ask.
3.) Then there is the "Letting it be!" To allow the Universe to manifest the desire to you. The Universe will work its magic to
deliver to you the opportunities, people, or circumstances that will open the door to the manifestation. This may seem more difficult upon first try. You may worry, or stress about "where is it?" Most of want what we want "NOW" - this only creates resistance & stress which will pull you away from your manifestations. For manifestations to appear, it is required that you feel good. Feel stressless & trusting that all is being taken care of by the Universe.
So now you ask "HOW" do I do that when I need it now? The fastest way for you to receive is to "let it be." Get yourself in a frame of mind that allows it all to come to you. Visualizing for me is the most powerful way to get you in the "all is well - it is on its way" frame of mind. The "no resistance" feel - the "relaxed energy" feel to allow the Universe & all your desires to align & receive.
* Visualize your enjoyment in receiving it, visualize what you will do once you get it, visualize the feeling, the smell, the sight, the touch of what it is your desire. Visualize it already being done & see yourself receiving & acting on the receipt of your desires.
Visualize & Dream that you are building onto the desire. The receipt of it & it already being in the works & new ideas now come. Know, like you know your own name that "it is on its way!"
I know, like I know, like I know! There is no question, there is no doubt, there is only this amazing Universe that is delivering me all my desires in the most perfect time, in the most perfect way.
Build your pure energy & release the resistance.
There are no coincidences, there are no mistakes - life is very perfect - we need to really just relax, breathe, & allow the greatness that you have within you to rise above & receive!
Let go & feel Good! All is well - All is on its way!
Then you feel the rebirthing of life when you realize your potential to create greatness!

Powerful Mind, Soulful Spirit

How much of what you read inspires you? When you chose what & who you want to be it is easier to find things
that inspire you, or please you, or fill you with joy, hope, & love. You will find articles, books, people, songs, & sites that will find their way to you, & sometimes just drop into your lap. This is when things just click. You are flowing with the Universe & all is pretty good. This is the Universe setting out for you what you have requested. Either consciously or unconsciously by your dominating thought patterns.

How much of what happens to you is like a "mini-miracle?" Questions like this may have some people scoff, but when your life is really flowing, when you actually feel that everything is just 'working' for you...each day can unfold "mini-miracles." You can chose to intentionally set your day, your success, your life in motion each day or you let life push & shove you here & there. Each day make it a practice, like your yoga, workout, or meditation, to intentionally set the outcome for your day. Intend to make new connections that will serve you, your vision, & others. Make a quick list of things that you "stake your claim" in. 'I intend to be open & accepting of all gifts & guidances today. I intend to live out my passion today. I intend to be open & loving to everyone today. I intend to have fun today. I intend to build a better relationship today with.." And the list could go on to build powerful intent in whatever area you want. But first you have to set an outline for your powerful mind to follow. Your brain needs to be retrained just like training for anything else. If you want to run a marathon, you train. If you want a successful, loving & joyful life, there is some retraining of your mind (depending on what limiting beliefs you hold about yourself) is required. Intend, Affirm, Believe, Feel, Experience!

In reading, "The Snowball, Warren Buffet & the Business of Life," one thing that really grabbed me was his following comment - "you can either live life by having an internal scorecard or an external scorecard." You can set out to live life doing what makes you happy, do what makes your soul sing, do what gets you moving, revved or pumped - or you can do what makes others happy. We have all done this at one point or another - it is a matter of how much of what you do every day really answers to your passion? Is it for you or for someone else? If you live most of your day in actions trying to please others, & in making decisions based on what people think, feel, or say about you, then you are not living life in honor of your authentic self & your feelings & emotions will also tell you this. In life, you will get knocked around & pushed about, but it is a matter of staying true to who you are & retraining your mind to a point where you no longer question what is right for you. You just do it!

So, stand still & listen. What is your passion, vision, mission for your life? What moves you & makes you feel alive? What sets a fire within? Follow this! This is who you are - authentic & real & waiting for you to move forward with it & just allow it to be, expand & explore. Allow your spirit to be soulful in the moment.

Make each day a journey back to you. Center yourself within all that feels good for you. Build networks of people that support & encourage you. Follow your passion & create a vision around that. Intend with passion! Enjoy & allow life to flow with ease because we were all meant to live an amazing life.

Find Self? You are already there!

This weekend was such an amazing weekend. Spending some quality time with the family - watching my little ones
test the waters of so many new experiences. In going to the mall with them & stopping into a cafe for a snack, turned out to be another cool learning experience in my own journey. Who would have thought that an every day event like getting a muffin & juice with the kids would unfold such insight...
So we are standing in line, (anyone with 2 toddlers who are tired & hungry knows that waiting in line for anything can be challenging enough) & as I am trying to wrangle my angels into line & to gather them from patrons tables that border the lineup. As they are curious about everyone & what they are doing, eating & drinking....I am trying to figure out in the quickest way possible what we will all have to snack on.
As I run down the 4 board menu with over a 100 items, feeling a little hurried, I notice my 21mth old daughter who is fearless of everything, is climbing the back of an empty wooden high chair that is sitting at someone table behind me. As I turn & bend down to get her & apologize to the young lady sitting there fixing her books that were shuffled in the process of the high chair smacking against the table....I noticed (unknowingly & just because my face was right over top of it) a book that must have been her daily journal. Written in big block letters across the page was "FIND SELF?"
So as I sit down and feed the little ones, I remember being there in her exact seat. Sitting in a cafe, with my journals, wondering & analyzing where my life was going, who would I end up with, what was life all about, why am I here, what is my purpose and who am I? This young girl on the outside looked like any other 20 something, attractive, hopeful eyes, promising smile.
I wanted so much to sit and talk with her, to tell her some things I wish I had been told at that age. I remember being embarrassed about all my confusing life questions. I did not have anyone to talk to about all of these confusing emotions & questions. The things that every 20' something goes through on their path to realization. When they decide to start to define themselves on their own terms, and release themselves away from their parents view of who they should be. I remember thinking about the core things I believe in now, just more evolved through my learning. It made me wonder how many other young women are out there questioning their existence, their purpose & their path....it made me feel compassion from knowing I had been there & remember how most days felt... confusing, life fluttering around you, life carrying you on its way - not your way.
So, I guess with this message my hope is that if we remember our innate ability to feel compassion every day. To understand the shoes our neighbours walk in. In finding your way along your path you will be sent circumstances that allow you to see your own personal growth & expansion. In this growth there is also an opportunity to expand our own compassion, empathy, & desire to be there for others. Your friends, your children, your community. We are all here to connect & reconnect. To experience the expansion from our own growth within the world. This powerful place we call home - we are powerful to experience it all...We are all trying to find our way.
Have an amazing Monday & remember that you are always right there! You were never really lost - even though it may seem that way sometimes. Take time to connect with your true self, inner self, inner being, your spirit - whatever you want to call it...it is waiting for you!

If anything - Connect!

Just wanted to end the week on a high note....This week has been an amazing week - the Universe has been pulling all the stops in showing me that I am on the right track. Something so cool just clicked within me after another Universal "click" fell into place for me. It has been said that when you know you are in alignment with your desires, things just start happening. People start coming into your life, phone calls start happening, emails start coming in and a buzz is created...you flow with it and you begin to realize that you have created greatness. Well, amongst all the enlightenment & good things happening it was not the 'results' that had me so stoked.
It was the looking at how I have grown in doing things I would have never done before. Putting myself out there & connecting with the most awesome people as a result of it.

I have learned that it is not about the results per say, it is about the process. What you learn & gain in the process. The growth - or the expansion as "Abraham-Hicks" would say. It is so true.
In running my business, if I had done this 8mths ago, I probably would have not created all these blogs & talking with, marketing myself to some amazing people. I did not carry the confidence or self-worth that I have now or the ability to understand that it is not about being the best or getting a sale/success on every attempt at something. It is about the growth & allowing to ride this path & above all connecting with all the people along the way. The most important connection yet has been with getting to know who I am & what I am really about. This life may be filled with all the things we need to learn our own lessons, but what you need most is a respect & partnership with yourself to have a full, happy, vibrant, & successful life. It doesn't matter if everything you do is a success in numbers, sales, or anyone else's version of goalposts - it is about you & the happiness you carry with you through life. Can you be truly happy in the ride your on? (And I don't mean car you are driving)

Have you made the time to connect & see the heart of life in everyone, in life, in you?

Everyone's story is a little different & each person is good - at the core of it all there is good.
Try to see it & you will be amazed at what you attract in return. That is the connection we are meant to experience - some connection with others that allows us to see things about our own growth.

Very tre-cool! Crazy cool...anyhow, not sure if it all makes sense or just a abstract ramble but had to throw it in there.

I wanted to be sure that I was not going to follow that dismal path. To go against the flow of what the majority appears to be focussing on is the suffering economy. So, to this I say; "I choose not to get sucked into the turmoil!" You see, if you allow the comments/beliefs of what the 'whole' of something is, be it good or bad affect your success in life then you will forever be chasing after the goal post of others. Not yours.

I cannot remember the last time I read a newspaper, or watched a newscast, or logged on to a news site to get the 'low down.' Because as far as I was concerned, when I made the decision to cancel all of my subscriptions & choice to go there, the 'going there' really did bring me 'low down.' Even though I donot subscribe to all the news outlets, you would have to be completely out of it not to know that there is a buzz of gloom that hangs with the words economy/banks/interest rates/investments and so on. So, I know what is going on out there, but I consciously choose NOT to let it affect how I intend my day, my events, my business, and so on. I merely choose not get all caught up in the swirl of it.

My advice to anyone finding themselves listening in to the drama, or getting pulled in, is to take a step back. Do an emotional check-in with yourself & ask yourself how your feeling about being involved in it. If you are feeling down, sad, bad, helpless, broke, or any other negative catalyst - move on & get back on track. You always have the answers within you. Listen to your inner guidance system & go with its' flow, not the flow of the popular majority or what seems to be the buzz of the moment.

Every time my husband informs me, or reminds me, or tries to get me sucked into a conversation about the state of the economy or the presidential debate (even though we are Canadian & have our own voting to be done) [he appears to be very intrigued in US politics] he pokes at me to 'come in and be on my side" conversation & I just say, "It's all good, don't worry." Then it is "what do you mean it is all good don't you know this is happening etc....." And off he goes in another gloom rant. So I say, "Honey, I am not saying the state of the economy is good or bad. I am saying that I choose to think of every situation as "good." He rolls his eyes & says "ok hunny!" {so I guess he gets frustrated when I am constantly practicing this "Law of Attraction" thing on him ;)}

I know it is hard to get your thoughts around something so generic like that, especially when people are loosing their jobs, and mortgage payments are being sacrificed, but in every situation, you can bring yourself to feeling better by starting with 'good.'

If I choose to wallow, or join in all the discussions about how bad things are, it just makes me feel bad, & I won't go there willingly. Feelings of being unworthy, broke, and so on is not worth it. So I chose to go somewhere good. If it is bad, I will somehow talk my way into it being good. I "EXPECT" it will all be good if not amazing. I mean really, the decision of what is good or bad is only each persons interpretation of it anyhow.

Even in the toughest financial times, recession & lay offs, there seem to still be people that come out on top ( and I don't necessarily those that obtain a financial gain.) These are people who have remained steadfast in their vision of an abundant life.

You don't have to have millions in the bank to think like a millionaire, or feel like a millionaire, or believe that you are coming into prosperity in every situation in your life. Feel it & live it in your vibration throughout your every day life. You will notice after a while that as everyone around you is worrying & scurring (which will make the situation worse) you are coming into 'feel good' abundance. It could be a chance meeting with someone, or a phone call, or a letter, or even a free coffee because the servers at "Starbucks" made too many drinks on the previous order. (this has happened more times that I can count to me)

So, instead of riding on that dismal worry-train to nowhere land, don't get sucked in by the hype of how terrible things are - live your day in expectation, & in eagerness in waiting for your fortune's - [however small they may seem - a coffee is a coffee & is a sign you are on the right path of expectation]

Now more than ever is the best time to start on a path of changing your daily thought patterns if you have felt yourself getting drained or sad due to conversations that do nothing to your advancing your life. If you feel bad then listen. Your emotions are your guidance system & telling you to get back on track. Listen to your inner self & get back to living a good life instead of a scared & worried life. Focus on your current abundance & think, feel, & believe of your prosperity coming. Your thoughts, your family, your tenacity, your health, and so on...make an appreciation list of all of your current abundances. Then make a list of things you want to have, obtain, or be a part of. Your goal list - is still applicable even if times are tough! Times are only tough if you believe they are. If you let the negative energy come into your belief systems & let the negative flow of the news & the industry carry you with it - then it is only a matter of minutes before you feel the difference within yourself of the shift taking place. Feeling negative, or bad is a shift that is telling you that you are turning away from your true essence of your true 'goodness.' Your essence only wants to be good & only be surrounded by good.

So, the next time you feel yourself going with the current of a negative flowing river, stop yourself & shift it back to your source, your essence. You will ALWAYS know what is best for you. Listen. If it makes you feel sad or bad, or not enough, then get back on your track!

Times are good! I have never felt better! I have never looked better! My family & I have so much fun! They are healthy, I am healthy! Life is pretty good.....And build it from there.

Always try to start off from somewhere good - then build your reality from there....

Hope this has brought a little good to someone somewhere! My hope is for your happiness in each day!
Feel good first - then move forward! It will almost always work out to bringing you to a 'better than expected' place & results!

Are you the only one getting it?

I have been aware of the world around me lately. Since committing to this spiritual, personal journey I have been on over the past 8 mths that I feel I have had a heightened sense of awareness. I no longer watch TV, or read the newspapers, or listen to negative people, (they may talk - but I tune them out) even though I turn off these arena's of information, I feel more tuned in now than ever before. I am lining up with everything within me - my soul, my spirit, my source - me. I am allowing me the power to guide without question, trust, & balance about life that was always there - it was simply muffled out by the noise of the world.
I have recently been tuning into Abraham-Hicks - I have become so clear about so much....since tuning in...I have noticed that others look at me like I am really living in the clouds. Ok by me! I have always been a dreamer, but this time my dream has energy, life, movement, faith, belief, momentum...and so on. When I speak of my "how I see things & how I want to live" they look at me & say things in trying to bring me back to reality so I can ride their train in life.
People don't like to feel 'left behind.' Even if they do not understand or want what you live. It means that they are not ready to hear, or understand what you are living. That is ok. I no longer try to explain or justify my journey.
I bless & send prayers of love to everyone in my circle....regardless of their comments, views, or opinions.
Even if you are the only one who get's it...it is ok! You are becoming more aware of your energy, your potential, your vibration that is continually shifting as you grow & expand. All that really matters is that you feel good doing what you are doing.
It is all good - it feels good to me & my reality feels pretty good!
Who can argue with that? Their reality is theirs. Your reality is the only reality you are responsible for - so make it the biggest, most grand, most lavish, most lush, most desirable reality you can conjure up.

That 'Burn' in your belly - it's not last nights dinner..

Have you ever felt a nudge, or a pull, or a thought that would not let go? This pull, this burn, this ache, this thought that plagues you, this idea, this thing....it is your desire! Your spirit that is tugging at you to "WAKE UP!" So many times I have written these signs off as 'coincidences' or just 'passing thoughts.' Over the past 8mths though, since committing to a meditation & yoga, spiritual practice, I have become so aware of myself & what I am feeling that I no longer shake off those ideas that spark, or tugs that pull. It is my true self wanting to express something worth giving. The Universe is Paying Attention - Are you?

I am reading another amazing book this week & it really had me thinking about the level at
which I pay attention to the passing events of every day life. I feel that I am a pretty intuitive & aware person, but after reading this workbook, there is so much that I have yet to wake up to.
One line in the book that kept repeating itself was "pay attention to symbols, signs, colors, sounds etc." These "signs" that I have been bumping into since I was a kid, have always felt so "smack in front of you" type of feeling. But lately I am much more in tune with the subtleties of what my energies & what the Universe is guiding me to. Simple & unassuming signs like an article I am skimming, a number would jump out at me that is exactly related to something I have on my desire list, link to a website an hour after asking myself to look into a specific area of reading that I needed to dive into next. This would suddenly appear in my email & link me into a book which was written in my journal close to 6 mths earlier on wanting to learn more about. Although I wrote about it 6mths ago, I have now become spiritually ready to learn, absorb, & benefit from the material would offer me. Now after coming to a point of readiness, I visualized the content I wanted to learn about & the link appeared within hours of thinking it. If I had come across this 6mths ago, I would not have been spiritually ready - I was in the "not so much," space or I would have written it off as "quacky!"
The Universe is so exact & really does pay attention. Another great quote from the book;

Anyhow, after another amazing journey in another book & experiencing it in every way in the everyday life, it really is awesome! To know that there is energies working with you to create the most amazing life yet...each day it gets more clear, more fun, more exciting..I know that I am no longer being shuffled along the river of life, I am flowing with the currents of energy that connect with the very souls of our desires & purpose...

Passionate Courage

When I look back in review the past year - I really take in a sigh of disbelief. To see where I started & where I am now is really
so astonishing to me. Not only the huge personal growth, but spiritual growth, & taking an inspired thought while sitting on my
sofa one Saturday morning to now owning & launching an online inspirational clothing boutique. (retail & clothing - of which I had no
previous experience to other than I was a self-confessed shopping Queen)
I have always known & felt comfortable with my abilities - sometimes blindly tenacious, but never have I had the follow through
that has brought me to this point. The follow through in business, that I know believe, (for me) must comes more from the
spiritual side of things than from anything else. I had owned a business before, but did not have the spiritual / personal attention
that I do now. Now I am setting up my business & following through with practical principles in meditation, life mantra's that spill
into the business world, success plans that incorporate who I am as a person & what my passions are. Instead of chasing the business
& stressing about the outcome, or controlling the outcome, I am enjoying the ride & anticipating what I will be attracting next.
I believe there are amazing things coming down the pike for me. I bless & send blessings to all I am surrounded by. Even in the most
challenging of times. Even in those times, there are tremendous moments of personal growth & Universal lessons to bring forward for a
better path.
It was that one Sat., afternoon, as my two toddlers were napping (thank goodness for naps eh?) that I was able to quiet my mind
long enough to take on this amazing inspired thought that has taken me on a crazy-good ride over the past year. From jumping feet first
into a business I had no knowledge of & now opening my own boutique to share with the worlds' most amazing women & future customers.
It is not about luck, or having the money to take on a new venture, (because trust me we did not have extra cash flow to do this) it is about
+*"PASSIONATE COURAGE!"*+
The courage to look fear in face & all those who said you were nutts, & do it anyway. Fear is not real. It is only your ego speaking.
And we know what happens when we follow our ego? So, this time, I trusted my instincts, my higher self, my spirit, my gutt!
This was inside of me - not coming from my mind where the ego likes to hang out. This was deep in my gutt, my heart, inside
where passion & courage lies in waiting for us to jump in.
Passion & Courage work hand in hand. Passions are things that fill us up - make us feel whole, happy, joyful, alive. Courage is
there just waiting for us to decide to move forward - Courage is those two strong hands placed caringly on our backs & says
"Go for it - I've got you!"
Courage is your spirit's gate keeper! It allows you to fully feel what your soul/spirit is thriving for. It also let's you have the permission to
free yourself from things in your life that weigh the soul down. Like unhealthy, or toxic relationships. Courage is the security guard
of the soul. Listen to your spirit, your soul & you will always have the courage to do what you need to - to be free. Artistically, emotionally,
spiritually, and so on.
Courage is always there, just as your spirit is!
It is always there waiting!

Desire & Let it Be!

Just wanted to send out a welcome note to anyone who is interested in joining my group! check out my blog group - Inspirational Masterminds - post your comments, inspirations & so on...

This is the first initial post & what more greater a subject than the true basis & desire we all set out to achieve - “An Amazing Life!”

I am sure that we all have been in contact with those in our surrounding circles that find even the most great things, something to complain about. I know I have been surrounded by certain people who have a pretty good life & seem to downgrade everything. It is pretty tough to tune them out because you want to appear genuine & caring, because ultimately, you do love them.

You do not want to sell or talk them into any of your beliefs or feelings, only have them appreciate where you are at on this successful life transforming journey. Well, I have just learned, (through meditation & alot of journalling, reading, & being open to all possibilities) that in order to move forward on a life of amazing results, abundant gifts, & prosperous outcomes, I need to “Let Go,” of all those comments & haunting opinions that those around you who are not in your similar alignment may have towards you & where you are going.

The greatest achievers in our history always had resisting parties they had to deal with & move past - so how did they do it? Even if it was a loved one? I have come to peace with & the practice of “unconditional love” for all those who resist your progress.
You cannot change them, you cannot make them see your insight, or your values, or your morals, desires, or goals. It is not up to you to explain yourself away to make them understand your point of view.

The most difficult thing to do on your path/journey to success & inner enlightenment & abundance is to let go of the control, the desire for everyone to be “on board.” Let go of the struggle to make it happen faster & in unison with your vision. The outcome & receiving of your desires will come at exactly the right time & in the right place as the Universe decides - & this is all based on your level of understanding & “ALLOWING” all your successes to just 'happen!'

I had been brought up with work-aholic parents, & parents who taught us at a very early age to “work hard for what you want, & life is not easy,” - and so on. So this work like a dog mentality has served me well in the past - in school & being a persistent sales person, but now, it is not what I believe life is about.
Your amazing life comes from your list of goals, desires. Ones that you refer to on a weekly or even nightly basis. Ones that you breathe in appreciation of as you enter your meditations daily. Ones that you send out love, appreciations, & gratitudes for receiving already.
Ones that not only assist you in experiencing the most amazing life ever, but also assist in building a better community & world around you.
So, to your amazing life - Let go of the negative circles around you - you don't have to bring them on board with you in this amazing journey of self discovery. Bless them & wish them love, peace, & abundance.
If they mock or question what you are feeding your soul - let them question - do not judge or condemn. Give them loving wishes & assure them that all your learning is filling you with happiness & love - so how could it be wrong/bad. Wish them abundance & continue on.
Let go of your control of when your desires will come about for you. The Universe is perfect & shall grant you everything you have desired when the time is perfect & when you least expect it & in the most unexpected ways.
Let go, have faith & carry on!
So, live your best life - the amazing life you were meant to live - it really is all coming to you!
Believe & it shall be yours!

Attraction in Action!

Just wanted to send out a welcome note to anyone who is interested in joining my group!

As most of you know I have been on an amazing spiritual journey over the last 8 mths & as I look back now, I see that everything that has happened was exactly meant to happen exactly the way it did. After being rocked 'n" rolled after reading several books on a similar subject base, I looked at my daily events in a different way which has now become habit forming. So I guess you could say that I have consciously changed my behaviour out of my change of beliefs about every occurances.
Being a type "A" personality, somewhat obsessive compulsive, controlling & intense; it is a natural emotion & reaction for me to be persistent in my goals & visions of desire. Sometimes, even though the Universe was giving huge hits on the head to wake me up & say "this isn't it Joanna" I would persist & stubbornly move on getting more of what I had. Dissatisfying results, struggle, resistance & so on & so on.

I look back now & see that I was setting myself to get exactly what I got. I was in that place at that time to bring me exactly where I am now. Now I can look back completely passive, open-minded, aware & full of amazement that I had to experience all of that to make the decisions that brought me here.
In our Universe, there really is no failure. Each time you don;t get what you expect out of the situation, job, deal, or goal you feel or you have previously labelled that event as a "failure."

That situation had brought you to a higher level of awareness of what you will do next time, or you will have gained a certain amount of knowledge & understanding that will move you in a direction that will change the outcome of your future. Each choice you make moves you in a new direction. So, I guess what I have learned over the past 8 mths is to sit back & become an observer to be able to gain the insight it takes to understand the situation, & make choices based on what my authentic self, or higher self, or soul, or spirit, [whatever it is you want to call your inner being] - (the one who really knows what life is all about )- to guide me to my true destiny.

There is not one successful person out there that did not realize at some point that there was something that took place along their journey that just clicked. Something moved them, or seemed to carry them to where they are now. There is a path laid out for each of us - there are life lessons & insights we are all meant to experience to be able to achieve ultimate personal growth. If your life is filled with more struggle than 'flow' then you need to spend some quiet time listening to your higher self, or meditation time to allow your inner self to be heard. Your inner self knows what your passions, desires & true callings are. Anything you find immediate, & instantaneous joy, or peace in is a step in the right direction. Things that make you feel alive, full of life & energy. Pay attention to these moments, these are soul moments that are directing you & communicating to you.
Set yourself up for Success by letting go of the struggle, release it. Give yourself permission to be empty of all stress & worry. Everything will work itself out - problems are only problems if you decide they are. Success is in the everything! So set yourself up for enjoying the everything in in the every day.

You will find, (And this is written in more books than I can list) when you seem to sit back & chill out, & have faith that all will be resolved without all the drama, it usually does have a resolution that carries things forward. Maybe in a different way than you wanted or anticipated, but life went on & all is good. When you learn to sit back & observe, (As my new favorite author David Cameron, would say) you will find that you don't need to control life, just listen & create instead of reacting.
What we are here to learn is all in the experience - so let's focus on the experience rather than the monetary outcome. Meaning - "Do what drives you! Do what makes you feel alive, what makes you feel proud, joyous, in love!" This is your Soul, your Spirit, your higher Self telling you "you are on track!"

Choose Your Life

I am reading an amazing book right now - one that has changed my life...

"A Happy Pocket Full of Money" - By David Cameron.

The title is a little misleading - you would assume it is all about money - but it really is about

seeing things as they really are.

I have something in every chapter that makes me sit up and wake up!

I wanted to put something out there that is in line with our vision to offer something positive

for people to choose - "Your words are carried on for thousands of years - so choose your words & actions carefully!"  Everything has a ripple effect.  What you say and do ripples to everyone & everything around you.  It does not just stop there.

So when you choose to think negatively, or speak in negative tones, or slander someone, remember that the Karmic laws are always at work, whether you believe in it or not.  

Make a choice to be happy, joyful, change your state of being - just as you choose to say something negative, stop & change it!

You have all within you to build yourself an amazing life - Choose to build a great one!

Attract Harmony

Hi there friends,

I know you are out there...feel free to post your responses, thoughts & inspirations!

Pay it forward!  It really does come back ten-fold!

Our thought today - what makes you feel good?  Harmony & peace, joy & love - where do all of these feelings, emotions come from?  A connection with people, memories, things around you.  A hobby, a loved one, a book, a moment of silence, volunteering, maybe your religion, or a moment of time - whatever it is - this is a sign that you have found things that indicate to you to do more of it.

Surround yourself with things that bring you internal joy - do the things that bring you peace.

Let go of the things that cause you turmoil, and exhaustion.  Sometimes we just need to say "no."   We all know what it is like to be asked to do something & we just do not have the energy or will to do it - our plate it just too full.  It is ok to say no.  Offer an alternative to assist in solving the problem, or situation.  When it comes to balance & attracting more harmony into your life, I think it is figuring out what brings you joy.  When you get this far, then it is a matter of doing more of it & letting go of what doesn't feel right or good.

Put "all" of yourself into your life.  Be full - be "alive" in everything you do.  In the moment. If you have to do less, then do less, but be 100% there & alive, joyful!  You will see that not only will you get more out of every situation, but your relationships will also deepen, your self-confidence will strengthen, & your time will be more treasured & valued.  

What brings harmony to you?  How can you attract harmony?  Be harmonic, be in balance with you & the universe around you.  Get silent, if only for a few minutes a day.  Rework your priorities constantly - to align yourself with your true desires, dreams, wishes, & life calling!

Remember, this is a journey taken one step at a time.  What is your next step?

What's Your Journey About

Just thought I would throw a little question into the air & see what happens..
Have you thought about what your life's journey is all about?
Being the deep & serious one, I have thought this question out so thoroughly that quickly became more confused & frustrated that I had not completed so many things I had wanted to, or not attained number 7 on the list....
The older I get the more simple my life's journey seems to be.
I have narrowed it down to a few key successes that in some respect may never be able to be measured. I want my life journey to be filled with love, knowledge, (which I hope to gain wisdom through) & continue in any area of being creative. I think with these few things, I can lead the life, (in every day) I know I will be proud with & be at peace with.
It is not about the end state, it is about what you do with the journey in the every day events, tasks, connections with those around us. What is in between the beginning & the end, all the other stuff in the middle.....so I guess with this thought, I will log out & get back to the dishes!

A Place to Celebrate & Inspire!

EfferVaCious -We are finally open!  With a huge sigh of relief & anticipation - we are here & ready to put just a little inspiration into your day & life.  We offer positively inspiring & meaningful clothes for todays real woman.  Being a mother, business owner, & wife (along with many other titles,) it has become more important for me to consciously start really living & celebrating the skin that I am in.  And with this new found journey into personal growth & self awareness, I have become more & more frustrated with lack of casual-wear that really "fit" me.  When I say "fit" I mean not only to "fit" my ever changed body since having kids, but my changed attitude in how I want to portray myself.  For me, my family & the world that I present myself within.

EfferVaCious was born from an inspired thought while compiling a list of phrases for our "Family Values Banner," that was to go in our kitchen.  As I was writing out some core values that were important for us & our children to live by, I said aloud, "why not put this on tee's?"  "I would wear it.  There's nothing really positive & meaningful out there."  And being that I had just had a conversation with a friend a few days earlier about the silly superficially labelled clothes that were saturating the market, & clothes that I had previously been so loyal in buying, this inspired thought about putting something meaningful on clothes really took off on its own with me in tow.  Being a big believer in following my gutt instincts (& this one was pretty big one,) I found myself thinking about a clothing line every waking moment.  One thing led to another & here we are.

  

EfferVaCious, offering todays women a positively inspiring way to wear something that "fits" who you are & who you aspire to be more of.  And coming from someone who is a self-professed super-shopper, I have a pretty good idea what is out there, & I feel proud that we are among the few that offer hip & current styles with great artwork & amazing phrases that we hope capture the essence of what you are about.

Women do more now than ever before & we wanted to ensure that our clothes were not only unique, but the clothes had to be comfortable, practical, affordable, & hip.  For all those women who live busy lives, who master all their roles & do it all with a baby on their hip, we offer something that I hope will connect & fit with you are & who you are striving to become. 

We have designed, created & priced our clothes with those values & more importantly with you in mind.  We design with you in mind. Our goal is to capture the essence of todays women by inspiring & celebrating all that you do everyday.  You are leaders, mothers, wives, employers, employees, caregivers, cooks, cleaners, doctors, and the list goes on.

As you go about your day in the best way you know how, know that you role in this world is immeasurable. Our goal here is to capture & express the essence & infinite potential that we all carry with us in this lifetime.  So, even if 1 person buys an EfferVaCious tee, then I have met my greatest expectations.  If that 1 person feels it really "fits" who they are & really connects with the messages & vibes we are putting out, then surely they will pay it forward for others.  Inspiration, confidence, power, & love, come from within & I have always believed that you are what you wear.  Now there is something that can be in "sync" & in connection with everything that you are.  If you feel good about who you are & what you are wearing, if it really "connects" with who you are, then it will be evident in your walk, your talk, & your vibe about yourself & your life.  You will "Be EfferVaCious!"  Vibrant, Effervescent, Lively, Tenacious, Voracious, Unconditional, Sexy, Powerful, & Confident.
